You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your account is personal: keep your password secure and notify the organizers if you notice any unauthorized use. To add minors as members of a team, the person responsible for the registration declares that they have obtained authorization from the minors’ parents or legal guardians.
The team manager warrants that the members’ information and photos are accurate and that the members have consented to being added. A registration confirmation only indicates that the request has been received; participation depends on review by the organizers and on the team’s inclusion in the official list. Changes can be made through the dashboard until registration closes; after that, only through a support ticket.
Each championship has its own rules and terms of participation, which prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict on matters specific to that competition.
We expect fair play and respect among athletes, teams, organizers and the public. Fraud, fake accounts, abusive behavior and any attempt to harm the platform or other participants may lead to the removal of teams and accounts.
Championships may be photographed, filmed and broadcast. The image use conditions for each event are set out in the championship’s rules and terms of participation.
When you sign up, you will receive essential emails about your account, registrations, support tickets and championships. General announcements may be sent to the managers of registered teams.
The brand, mascot, texts and layout of the website belong to Phygital Brasil and may not be used without authorization.
